Basic Sheep Keeping

A one-day course providing an introduction to the key aspects of sheep keeping, covering practical aspects such as handling, foot care, drenching, vaccination, general guidelines into breed selection, regulations, facilities requirements and routine tasks within the annual production cycle, marketing etc. This course will be a mix of theory and hands on, discussion based.

Alan has delivered an introduction to sheep keeping course at Hadlow College for a number of years as a 10-week course of evening classes.

Bookings may be cancelled or transferred with no penalty if notification is received 7 or more days prior to the date of the course. If less than 7 days notice is given, 50% of the course fee will be returned. No refund will be given for cancellations on the day of the course, or failure to attend.
