Cooking with Seasonal Herbs

This is a hand-on cooking course with Phillipa vine in the lovely Bluebell Farmhouse Kitchen in Arlington using a cast iron ESSE electric cooker. You will learn all about seasonal culinary herbs available in September. You will make herb bread plus three dishes (vegetable and meat based) deliciously cooked using seasonal herbs such as Coriander, Tarragon, Lemon Verbena, Sage, Parsley, Mint. You will then be able to take them home with you eat and/or freeze them for later use.

Phillipa Vine mum-of-four, who’s appeared on TV’s Masterchefin 2001 is a champion of locally produced food and a big fan of fresh ingredients. Philippa devises monthly recipes and has been the writer for Farmers Weekly for 12 years. See here: https://www.fwi.co.uk/farm-life/pumpkin-soup

SFTG BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings may be cancelled or transferred with no penalty if notification is received 7 or more days prior to the date of the course. If less than 7 days notice is given, 50% of the course fee will be returned. No refund will be given for cancellations on the day of the course, or failure to attend.
