From Bean to Cup

This is somewhat different to our traditional smallholding courses but we all need to relax from time to time! You will learn about the roasting process then get the opportunity to roast green coffee beans to your liking (in true SFTG style using a popcorn maker) then grind them and prepare them for extraction in a professional  grinder and espresso machine. Learn the art of frothing milk and pouring lattes and sample coffee from  a variety of single variety beans with some homemade cake to soak it all up. Feel free to bring your own green beans, roaster etc if you have them (but they are provided otherwise) and a small kilner/jam jar to take your sample back home.

SFTG BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings may be cancelled or transferred with no penalty if notification is received 7 or more days prior to the date of the course. If less than 7 days notice is given, 50% of the course fee will be returned. No refund will be given for cancellations on the day of the course, or failure to attend.
