Poultry – From Yard to Oven

Learn how to pluck, gut and dress poultry. You will also be able to take home your dressed birds if you wish (small fee for each bird in addition to cost of course) – optional. ‘Despatching’ using neck dislocation and there will also be a demonstration using captive bolt method. No children please. Overalls and aprons recommended.

SFTG BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings may be cancelled or transferred with no penalty if notification is received 7 or more days prior to the date of the course. If less than 7 days notice is given, 50% of the course fee will be returned. No refund will be given for cancellations on the day of the course, or failure to attend.
