Smoking and Brining

You will be guided through the process of smoking and brining using Andrews home made smoker.  There will be some fish on the day to take home and also other food to sample.  If you are wanting to take anything with you to smoke please let us know when booking.  This is a very popular course and limited numbers due to working space.

SFTG BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings may be cancelled or transferred with no penalty if notification is received 7 or more days prior to the date of the course. If less than 7 days notice is given, 50% of the course fee will be returned. No refund will be given for cancellations on the day of the course, or failure to attend.
