This is a hand-on cooking course with Ian Dowding assisted by Phillipa Vine in the lovely Bluebell Farmhouse Kitchen in Arlington using a cast iron ESSE electric cooker. You will learn all about sourdough and various bread-making techniques.

Phillipa Vine mum-of-four, who’s appeared on TV’s Masterchef in 2001 is a champion of locally produced food and a big fan of fresh ingredients. Philippa devises monthly recipes and has been the writer for Farmers Weekly for 12 years. See here: https://www.fwi.co.uk/farm-life/pumpkin-soup

SFTG BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings may be cancelled or transferred with no penalty if notification is received 7 or more days prior to the date of the course. If less than 7 days notice is given, 50% of the course fee will be returned. No refund will be given for cancellations on the day of the course, or failure to attend.
